Refund policy

Amanaya Ventures Limited, will not entertain any return request, expect in the case of fault at our end for e.g. wrong product delivery, damage in transit etc.

In case of a Return, we will refund the original amount paid by the customer at the time of placing the order, to the recipient’s bank account.

Returns:

Returns  are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and free from any damage.

In case you are returning the product due to an inconvenience from our end (for example: damage in transit), our team will inspect the piece on delivery and refund the reverse shipping fee to your account.

Refunds:

Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be credited within 7 – 14 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank.

AMANTRA — Additional Terms for Spiritual Jewellery, Certified Gemstones & Advisory Services

No Cancellation on Spiritual Items Orders for gemstones, crystals, rudraksha, yantras, malas, pendants, bracelets, and customized jewellery cannot be cancelled or returned once placed, under any circumstance. Each item is sourced, certified, and prepared with utmost care and attention — including authentication of certified gemstones and careful handling of rudraksha, malas, and yantras in line with traditional practice — and is set aside for you as soon as your order is confirmed.

Certified Gemstones Every certified gemstone is dispatched with its certificate seal intact, confirming its authenticity at the time of sale.

Advisory & Consultation Services Sessions booked with our advisory panel (including palmistry and gemstone consultations) may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Fees for missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
